Oven-Fried Catfish

Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 3⁄4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 garlic powder
- 6 catfish fillets (6 oz. ea)
- 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
Directions
- In a shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, celery salt, onion powder, paprika, pepper and garlic powder. Brush the fish fillets with butter, coat with crumb mixture.
- Place in a greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
