Oven Fried Bass

This is an exellent recipe for fish

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 12 cup margarine, melted
  • 4  bass fillets
  • 14 cup  vegetable oil
  • 1  dash  salt and pepper
  • 12 cup  Italian breadcrumbs
  • 12 cup margarine, melted
  • 1  lemon, juice of
  • 1  dash Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Place melted butter in a 9x13 glass casserole. dry fish and use
  2. hands to cover the fish with vegetable oil. season well with salt and
  3. pepper and roll in bread crumbs. place in casserole dish with margarine,
  4. skin side down.
  5. bake uncovered at 400 for 20-25 min or until golden brown. do not turn.
  6. combine margarine, lemon, and worcestershire sauce together use sauce to baste and serving with meal.
