Oven Crusty Fish

Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. Easy and quick to make and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1  egg
  • 1  tablespoon water
  • 34 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 12 lbs  fish fillets (flounder, cod, halibut,etc.)
  • 1  cup  corn flake crumbs
  • 2  tablespoons  melted butter

Directions

  1. Combine egg, water,Tabasco, and salt, beat until well blended. Dip fish fillets in egg mixture.
  2. Coat generously with corn flake crumbs.
  3. Place on foil-lined baking sheet; drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
