Oven BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
- 4 lbs country-style pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1⁄3 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash bottled hot pepper sauce (optional)
- 3 lemon slices (or 1 cap full of real lemon)
Directions
- Simmer ribs in salt water, covered cut in pieces.
- Meanwhile prepare sauce: In sauce pan melt 1 tablespoon of butter and simmer 1 clove a garlic, crushed.
- Add ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, celery seed, salt, hot pepper sauce, and lemon.
- Bring all this to a boil and pour over drained ribs placed in a shallow pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, basting often with sauce.
