Oven Barbecued Spareribs

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 lbs spareribs
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup mushroom
Directions
- Cut ribs in serving sized pieces and rub well with the first 5 ingredients.
- Place into a greased baking dish and cover with the tomato soup, vinegar and mushrooms.
- Bake at 350°F for 2 hours and baste frequently.
