Out of This World Roast

I have tried many different ways to cook a roast, but this one is the best by far says my family.

Ready In: 5 hrs 5 mins

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 3 -4  lbs  boneless chuck roast
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  campbells  cream of onion soup
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  campbells  cream of potato soup
  • 8  ounces  baby carrots
  •  salt
  •  pepper
  • 14-12 cup water

Directions

  1. Put roast in casserole dish.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Put carrots around roast.
  4. Pour in water.
  5. Pour cream of onion soup over roast (not diluted).
  6. Pour cream of potato soup over roast (not diluted).
  7. Cover with lid or foil.
  8. Put in a 275° oven for 5 hours.
  9. When you take the roast out of the oven, you will have the best roast with the best gravy you have ever eaten.
