Our Favorite Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1⁄3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
Directions
- Measure mustard into a bowl. Whisk in vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
- Continue to whisk mixture while slowly dribbling in olive oil until mixture thickens. You do not have to add full ½ cup if you want to reduce it.
