Yields: 1 loaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄3 cup beef broth
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cup celery, minced
- 1⁄2 cup onion, minced
- 1⁄2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine all, mix well.
- Shape in loaf & place in baking dish.
- Bake at 350 F for 35 - 40 minutes.
