Our Brunswick Stew

tasty and easy stew. Goes well over rice or corn bread. We often use blue moon as the beer

• Yields: 1 pot of soup

Ingredients

• 12  ounces beer
• 1  large  chopped green pepper
• 1  large  chopped red onion
• 5  garlic cloves
• 2 (28 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes or 2 (28 ounce) cans whole canned tomatoes
• 4  skinless boneless raw chicken breasts
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. combine all into large stock pot.
2. cook medium heat for 4 hours.
