Ingredients
- 12 ounces beer
- 1 large chopped green pepper
- 1 large chopped red onion
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 (28 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes or 2 (28 ounce) cans whole canned tomatoes
- 4 skinless boneless raw chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
Directions
- combine all into large stock pot.
- cook medium heat for 4 hours.
