Orzo With Summer Grape Tomatoes and Dill

Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
- 1 teaspoon olive oil, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Boil orzo in salted water for 7 minutes, or according to package directions.
- Add chopped tomatoes, scallions, dill, and lemon zest to a bowl.
- Add a little salt and pepper to flavor the tomatoes.
- Drain orzon and add to bowl.
- Stir to coat, them sqeeze over lemon juice and drizzle with oilive oil.
- Check for salt and pepper, serve hot or cold.
