Orzo With Sesame and Peas

Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup fresh sugar snap peas, cut into 2 inch pieces or 3⁄4 cup frozen peas
- 1⁄4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro
Directions
- Cook orzo according to package directions, adding peas in the last 2 minutes.
- Drain and combine with remaining ingredients.
