Orzo Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 1⁄2 cup crisco canola oil or 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup feta, crumbled
- 1 cup bick's baby dill pickle, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the orzo and cook until it is al dente, about 6-8 minutes, Drain and rinse with cold water until the pasta is room temperature,.
- Place pasta in a large serving bowl, Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.
