Oriental Salad

This has been in our family for many years. This is a very refreshing salad. If you want you could even add chicken to it to make a full meal. I serve the crushed ramen noodles on the side, otherwise they get soggy and I usually toast them in the oven at 400 for about 5-10 min, just till they get a little brown. Watch them carefully, they can burn fast after they are brown. Show more
