Oriental Marinade

Found this in the Dallas Morning News a number of years ago. Excellent with pork and chicken.

• Ready In: 15 mins
• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1  cup soy sauce
• 1  orange, juice of
• 2  tablespoons black soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup  chili oil
• 4  garlic cloves
• 1  tablespoon hot chili sauce
• 2  tablespoons  A.1. Original Sauce
• 1  tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1  tablespoon  sesame oil
• 1⁄4 cup ginger, minced
• 2  tablespoons  black bean garlic sauce
• 2  tablespoons peanut butter

Directions

1. Mix well and let rest for 2 hours before using.
