Oreo Cheesecakes

This is a great recipe to take to a gathering.

• Serves: 24

Ingredients

• 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 3  eggs
• 24  Oreo cookies
• 3  ounces chocolate chips

Directions

1. Place each oreo cookie in a paper liner in a muffin tin.
2. Beat together the softened cream cheese (can be regular, light, or fat free), sugar, and add the eggs one at a time.
3. Spoon some of the cream cheese mixture over each cookie.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until center is almost set.
5. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle each cheesecake with chocolate.
