Oranges Ricotta and Basil With Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients
- 4 navel oranges
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 8 ounces ricotta cheese
- 3 tablespoons shredded fresh basil
- fresh ground pepper
Directions
- With a very sharp knife, remove skins and pith from oranges. Slice to make ½ inch thick rounds. Arrange on four plates.
- Sprinkle balsamic vinegar over oranges. Dot with ricotta cheese and scatter basil all over. Serve with pepper.
