Orange Stars

Yields: 4 orange halves
Ingredients
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 2 oranges
- 1⁄4 cup Galliano
Directions
- Take the oranges and cut in stars, by cutting around the orange in a zig-zag pattern.
- Make sure you cut to center of orange.
- Pull orange apart, and scoop out juice and pulp.
- Mix the ice cream and the Galliano, and scoop into oranges.
- Put orange halves in freezer until ice cream solidifies again.
- Serve.
