Orange Spinach Salad for One

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tangerine, peeled and seeds removed
- 1 ounce blueberries, cleaned
- 1⁄2 cup imitation crabmeat
- 2 tablespoons dry roasted salad almonds
- 2 tablespoons hazelnut raspberry vinaigrette dressing (80 cal. per serving)
Directions
- Wash spinach and lay out on plate. On top add artificial crabmeat, tangerine, blueberries, and almonds. Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette over all. Enjoy!
