Orange Spice Yeast Bread (Bread Machine)

I can't wait to try this very different yeast bread recipe that I found on the internet. Can't go wrong with the flavors of orange zest and spices together. Cook time is according to your bread machine.

• Yields: 1 loaf

Ingredients

• 2⁄3 cup milk
• 2  eggs
• 5  tablespoons butter
• 1  grated orange, zest of
• 3  cups bread flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄8 teaspoon clove
• 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg
• 3  tablespoons sugar
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 2  teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

1. Place ingredients in bread machine in order as per manufacturers directions.
2. Use light baking or sweet bread setting.
