Ingredients
- 1 cup fat free vanilla ice cream or 1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1⁄4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
Directions
- Combine ice cream, milk and orange juice concentrate in blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses.
- Serve immediately.
