Orange Scramble Egg

Refreshing, easy, and delicious. I came up with the recipe when the kids got bored with the o'plain scrabmle eggs

Ingredients

• 1  navel orange
• 4  eggs, beaten
• 1  tablespoon scallion, chopped
• 1  tablespoon parsley, chopped
• 2  tablespoons olive oil
•  salt

Directions

1. peel orange, separte into pieces.
2. heated, oiled pan, add orange pieces.
3. when orange oftens, add the seasoned and beatneed eggs.
4. serve with parsley on top.
