Orange Rye Bread (Abm)

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄8 cups  orange juice
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons  vegetable oil
• 1⁄4 cup honey
• 2  teaspoons salt
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons caraway seeds
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons orange zest
• 1 1⁄3 cups  rye flour
• 2  cups bread flour
• 2 1⁄2 teaspoons  yeast

Directions

1. Place everything in the bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
