Orange Rolls

- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Melt sugar, salt, and butter or margarine in mixing bowl.
- Let above mixture cool until luke warm, then add eggs.
- Beat until foamy.
- Add water.
- Mix in flour.
- Mix with spoon until WELL MIXED. Let rise until double in bulk.
- Stir down and put in refrigerator until thoroughly chilled (over night or longer.) Keep close watch while in refrigerator so it will not run over.
- Roll dough approximately 1/2" thick. Spread with orange mixture made from remaining ingredients.
- Roll dough up like jelly roll. Cut off 1/2" pieces and put in greased muffin tins.
- Let rise until double in bulk and bake about 10 minutes at 400.
