Orange Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 3⁄4 cup shredded carrot
- salt and white pepper
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Directions
- Cook the rice according to the package directions using orange juice in place of the water.
- Remove from heat and stir in the orange zest, carrot and green onion.
- Serve.
