  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cream butter and sugar together.
  3. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Add to butter. Beat in orange juice and zest.
  4. Fold in flour and stir in milk.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into orange mixture.
  6. Pour into a greased 1 quart heavy baking dish.
  7. Bake 35 minutes. Let cool.
  8. Refrigerate until chilled before serving.
