Orange Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 9" unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Combine all filling ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake in preheated 350F oven for 45 minutes.
