Orange-Pecan Muffins

Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups biscuit mix
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1⁄2 cups orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add biscuit mix and sugar; mix well. Add remaining ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
- Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
