Orange Muffins

I won four blue ribbons with these muffins! They are delicious!

• Yields: 10-12 muffins

Ingredients

• 1  cup  orange juice
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1  egg
• 3  tablespoons  vegetable oil
• 1  cup whole wheat flour
• 3  teaspoons baking powder
• 3  teaspoons salt
• 3  teaspoons baking soda
• 1  cup rolled oats

Directions

1. Beat orange juice, sugar, egg, and oil until well blended.
2. Sift dry ingredients together and add all at once, stirring only enough to moisten.
3. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 400 for 12-15 min.
4. or until golden brown.
