Orange Kissed Hot Chocolate

I found this different hot chocolate on another recipe site.

• Serves: 2
• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 2  cups milk
• 4  ounces  semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 3  slices  orange rind (orange part only, 2 x 1-inch)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon instant espresso powder or 1⁄2 teaspoon instant coffee powder
• 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan.
2. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts.
3. Increase heat and bring just to a boil, stirring often.
4. Remove from heat and whisk until frothy.
5. Return to heat and bring just to a boil again.
6. Repeat heating and whisking once again.
7. Discard orange peel.
8. Pour hot chocolate into mugs.
