Orange Kale Salad

  1. Remove stems from kale and tear into bite site pieces.
  2. Shred carrot.
  3. Slice radishes in half and then into slices.
  4. Cut orange in half and cut skins from half segments.
  5. Toss vegetables and orange.
  6. Separately combine vinegar, oil, lemon juice, and salt. Whisk until combined, then pour over salad.
  7. Serve in two salad bowls.
