Orange Jello Salad

From a church cookbook I picked up at Half Price Book Store.

  1. Combine jello and pineapple in saucepan. Heat until mixture simmers.
  2. Add cream cheese and stir until it is completely dissolved.
  3. Add sugar and baby food, mix by hand.
  4. Chill until mixture mounds when dropped by spoon, 1 to 3 hours.
  5. Add Cool Whip slowly (fold in).
  6. Pour in dish and top with chopped pecans.
