Orange Honey Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1  cup honey
  • 13 cup  orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1  tablespoon butter
  • 12 teaspoon orange zest, freshly grated (peel)

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook, uncovered, over a medium heat, stirring frequently,until butter is melted and the syrup is smooth.
