Orange Ginger Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 lb whole baby carrots
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup water
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove cover, stir carrots and simmer for an additiona 10 - 15 minutes uncovered until sauce is thickened.
