Orange Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined (16-20 per pound)
- 6 large garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- sea salt (to taste)
Directions
- Heat olive oil in heavy skillet over medium high heat.
- Saute shrimp for 2 minutes or just until opaque.
- Reduce heat and add garlic and salt.
- Saute for 1 minute until garlic is soft.
- Remove from heat and toss with orange zest.
- Serve with crusty bread.
