Orange Frosty

This "smoothie" type drink also has a banana in it. If your kids like o.j., they'll like this. From Sue Gregg's cookbook, Lunches & Snacks. I don't usually fill the blender with ice cubes, just a couple of handfuls or so. Show more

Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) can  frozen  unsweetened orange juice concentrate
  • 34 cup low-fat milk
  • 14 cup  nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1  banana
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla
  •  ice cube, to fill blender

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until ice cubes are completely crushed.
