Orange Frosting

A very tasty cream cheese icing with the light flavor of orange.

• Ready In: 15 mins
• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 2  cups powdered sugar
• 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1⁄4 cup butter, soft
• 1⁄3 cup  orange juice
• 1  orange, rind of, grated

Directions

1. cream sugar and cheese and butter, add OJ slowly.
2. Add grated rind and mix thoroughly.
