Orange Dressing

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil or 1⁄4 cup salad oil
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded orange rind
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a screw-top jar combine olive or salad oil, orange peel, orange juice, mustard, and pepper.
- Cover and shake well to mix.
- Serve with fruit, vegetable, or seafood salads.
