Ingredients

  • 14 cup olive oil or 14 cup  salad oil
  • 1  teaspoon  finely shredded  orange rind
  • 14 cup  orange juice
  • 1  tablespoon dijon-style mustard
  • 18 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a screw-top jar combine olive or salad oil, orange peel, orange juice, mustard, and pepper.
  2. Cover and shake well to mix.
  3. Serve with fruit, vegetable, or seafood salads.
