Orange Chocolate Chip Muffins (low fat)

Ingredients
- 2 -3 oranges
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup skim milk (or low fat)
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (this amount is flexible)
Directions
- Puree oranges in a blender.
- Add in sugars, milk, and egg.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the orange mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into muffins tins.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
