Orange Chicken Marrakesh

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, quartered and skinned
- 1 navel orange, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8-1⁄3 teaspoon cayenne
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup chicken broth
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375. Trim chicken and place pieces in a baking dish.
- Tuck orange slices around chicken.
- Combine flour, coriander, cinnamon, salt and cayenne. Sprinkle over chicken pieces.
- Pour orange juice and chicken broth into dish.
- Bake, basting chicken pieces occasionally, until chicken is tender and done, about 45 minutes.
- Serve with pan juices.
