Orange Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (bone in)
- 1 dash paprika
- 1 dash dried onion
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 6 small mushrooms (sliced)
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1⁄3 cup chicken broth
Directions
- Place chicken breasts in small roaster with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Sprinkle paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper on top of chicken breasts.
- Slice mushrooms and place around chicken.
- Roast in oven at 375* with lid on for 30 minutes.
- Remove lid and roast for another 15 minutes.
- Remove breasts, place on plate and cover with tin foil.
- Drain grease from roaster but leave in juices.
- Add orange juice and chicken broth, give a stir and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Boil down, about 5 - 10 minutes until a syrup sauce develops. Add 1 tsp butter and stir.
- Serve drizzled over chicken breasts and rice.
