Orange Cheesecake (Filling)

This recipe is for just the filling of an orange cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 orange
• 100  g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
• 1  tablespoon icing sugar

Directions

1. Add the orange juice and icing sugar to the cheese, whisk for around 2 minutes, being careful not to over whisk as this can cause the mixture to split.
2. Store in the fridge until ready to use/serve.
