Orange Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chinese cabbage, julienned
- 1⁄2 fresh mandarin orange
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Salt the cabbage, knead gently and squeeze out the liquid.
- Remove the membranes from the orange sections.
- Combine remaining ingredients. Toss with orange sections and cabbage.
