Orange & Brown Sugar Fluff

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 lb butter
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Directions
- With a hand mixer, cream the butter until light and fluffy.
- Add the brown sugar a bit at a time; whip into a light, fluffy mass. Fold in the zest.
- Cover and refrigerate.
