Orange & Brown Sugar Fluff

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 lb butter
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 1  teaspoon orange zest

Directions

1. With a hand mixer, cream the butter until light and fluffy.
2. Add the brown sugar a bit at a time; whip into a light, fluffy mass. Fold in the zest.
3. Cover and refrigerate.
