Orange-Apple Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3⁄4 cup raisins
- 1 cup apple, chopped
Directions
- Bake in two family-size soup cans, 2/3 full, or a 46 oz. juice can.
- Grease cans before filling.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
