Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup mango, diced (fresh or frozen)
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1 1⁄4 cups milk (I use 2%) or 1 1⁄4 cups soymilk (I use 2%)
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄4 cup crushed ice
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in blender and enjoy!
