Ingredients
- 4 -6 medium carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Place carrots, ginger, orange juice, water, salt, brown sugar and butter in saucepan.
- simmer gently uncovered for 6-8 minutes or until carrots are tender and liquid has reduced to a glaze.
