• 1⁄2 cup vinegar
• 4  lemons, juice of
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  tablespoon sugar
• 1⁄2 cup tomato paste or 1⁄2 cup ketchup
•  hot sauce

Directions

1. cook slowly for 1/2 hour with tablespoon of butter.
