Open Faced Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 slice bread
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or 1 tablespoon Miracle Whip
- 1 slice bacon, cut in half and cooked
- 1 slice pineapple
- 1 slice American cheese
Directions
- 1. Toast your choice of bread, butter it and spread a thin layer of mayo/Miracle Whip on. Putting alot of mayo on makes for a very drippy, messy sandwich.
- 2. Place a slice of pineapple on the toast, then arrange 2 pieces of bacon on top of the pineapple. Finish with a slice of cheese. Make sure the cheese is centered over the pineapple.
- 3. Place under the broiler just until the cheese melts. Let cool half a minute and enjoy!
