  • 2  ounces cream cheese
  • 4  slices  poundcake (3/4-inch thick)
  • 2  ounces  seedless raspberry jam

  1. Spread cream cheese on each of 4 pound cake slices.
  2. Spread raspberry jam over cream cheese. Serve immediately.
