Open-Face Peach Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 9 inches pie crusts
- 6 peaches, peeled and halved
- 1 cup whipping cream
Directions
- mix sugar and cornstarch together and spread 3/4 of it into pie crust.
- arrange peach halves on top, sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
- pour cream evenly over peaches.
- bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
- reduce heat to 350 and bake an additional 40 minutes.
